 | Total Communication
Perhaps the most vital aspect in any
relationship is communication. This is even more true in those between
a property owner and his or her listing agent. I have a long list of
past clients who will attest to the fact that, from the time they listed
right on down till the escrow closed, they never were left in the dark about
any detail of the transaction.
 | Accessibility
I am always accessible to my clients who are not only given my office number but also my home phone, fax, and cell-phone numbers. If it becomes necessary for me to leave the area for any reason you will be given, not only a number where I may be reached, but also the name and number of an assistant who can care for your immediate needs.

Two Innovative Virtual Tours
(see samples)
 |
For Online Home
Shoppers: This tour will be readily accessible to
Buyers whether working through an agent or not and it directs them to
me for more information.
|
 |
For Agents: This is
the generic version, with no reference to me or Butler Properties. The Buyers are directed to reply to the agent from whom they received it for more information. A link to this tour is emailed to my database of about 1000
Bay Area Agents along with the MLS number where they can find all the confidential information about the listing. Agents feel comfortable sharing these generic tours with their clients with no fear of being by-passed by the occasional buyer who might be tempted to contact the listing agent directly.

Personalized,
Pro-Active
Marketing
While some agents collect listings
like bottle caps, I take on no more than I can conscientiously do justice
to. To me, a listing is something to work on, devoting sufficient time,
talents, and resources as necessary to the successful marketing of that
property. This usually limits my interests to no more than three
or four listings at any given time.
