Cottage Green is a very desirable, gated, senior community in Morgan Hill, California. The homes are one and two bedroom models and most are single level units. I have listed several of these gems in the past with some selling in a matter of hours. The houses are quaint cottages that are perfect for one or two people. Most homes are wheel chair accessible, with fire alarms, and some even have indoor sprinkler systems. The community has all the amenities, including a large clubhouse with pool, spa, pool table, exercise room, and even guest quarters for when your visitors want to stay over. On this tour we will go through the clubhouse, examine its facilities, walk around the streets, look at some cottages close up, and even go inside a typical home and move from room to room, all without leaving your computer chair.
